• Orders will be sent under 2 business days on the day following your payment receipt. 

Delivery method  : 
• Withdrawal of you order directly in our showroom, free delivery.
• Express delivery. Overnight delivery for orders placed before midday, 15€.
• Colissimo – in Pickup supplier or Pickup deposit. Delivery under 3 to 4 business days, free delivery.
• Colissimo without signature. Delivery under 2 to 3 business days, free delivery. 
• Colissimo with signature. Delivery under 2 to 3 business days, 3€.

European Union
• Orders will be sent under 3 to 6 business days on the day following your payment receipt. 

Delivery Method : 
• European delivery.  Delivery D+3 for orders placed before midday, 15€.

Rest of the world
• Orders will be sent under 3 to 6 business days on the day following your payment receipt.

Delivery Method : 
• International Colissimo,  Delivery under 3 to 5 business days, 25€.
• DHL, Delivery D+4 for orders placed before midday,25€.

Please note that during high season and sale, delivery times may be affected.

In the event that an order takes longer than this to arrive, without sufficient justification, the client can request that the order be cancelled and will receive a full refund within 30 days of this request.

Maison Guillemette reserves the right to refuse delivery or processing of an order made by a client with whom there exists a previous or current dispute over payment of an order (such as an unsettled payment of an order).

• You have 14 days to request a return of an article starting from the day you receive your order. Our team offers free deliveries but you have to pay the returns.
• Ensure your product is not damaged or stained. Our team reserves the right to refuse a return that wouldn't be compliant. 
• Give us a maximum of details on the reasons of your return by contacting Chanel from our customer service :

• The refund will be made under 15 days.

• In case of an exchange, we invite you to return the product that does not suit you and to order the good one directly on our website.


• You have 14 days from the purchase date to do an exchange. 

• Damaged, dirty or worn products will not be exchanged.

• Due to a long series of products returned after being worn, we do not accept to make refunds anymore for all purchases made in our showroom.

• We reserve the right to refuse the return of a product if it does not comply with our policy. 

• Please note : in accordance with French law, all product that has been altered or modified is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

• The exchange can only be done in our showroom, do not ship anything by post. In the case of force majeure, do not hesitate to contact Chanel from our customer service :
• Either you get a new product that you like, or we will offer you a voucher valid for 1 year on our website and in our Showroom.
