The General Terms and Conditions of Sale below are intended to define the rules applicable to the online sale of Maison Guillemette products on the website www.maisonguillemette.com
By ticking the box "I declare that I have read the general terms and conditions of sale and accept them," you acknowledge that you accept these terms and conditions of sale.
These terms and conditions of sale are concluded by the company Maison Guillemette, located at 34 rue de la Victoire, 75009 Paris (Simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €3750, SIRET number: 801 942 723 R.C.S Paris, intra-community VAT number: FR 37 801942723)
And
Any individual, not acting as a merchant, with the legal capacity to contract, making a purchase of a product on the site.
Any order for a product offered on the site implies the full and unreserved acceptance of the customer to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time of placing the order.
The company Maison Guillemette specifies that it is not possible to purchase a product without accepting these terms detailed below.
ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the conditions under which Maison Guillemette products are marketed. They describe the different steps involved in completing the sale: from the order placement by the customer to the receipt of the product by the customer.
The sale is reserved for adult customers or minors with parental authorization.
Maison Guillemette reserves the right to modify its General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time by publishing a new version on the website (the General Terms and Conditions of Sale applied are those in effect at the time of the customer's order placement).
ARTICLE 2 – CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS OFFERED
The products offered for sale are those listed on the site at the time of its consultation by the customer. Each product is the subject of a descriptive sheet presenting the photographed model and product information (price and technical description).
The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product offered, especially with regard to colors.
These products are offered subject to availability in stock.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICE
The prices indicated by the Seller at the time of the order are in Euros, including VAT, based on the applicable VAT rate at the time of the order. Any change in the rate will be reflected without delay in the price of the products offered.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with the understanding that the prices presented on the Seller's website at the time of the order will be the only ones applicable to the customer.
The indicated prices include the order processing fees.
The shipping and delivery fees applied are those indicated on the Site at the time of the order.
The sale price is due upon order placement.
Maison Guillemette reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with the understanding that the price listed on the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.
ARTICLE 4 – ORDER AND PAYMENT FOR ITEMS
1- The customer accesses their cart after adding the various desired products. They click on "Confirm Order" (the customer still has the option to continue shopping and complete their cart).
2- The details of the customer's order are displayed, and the customer checks and confirms their cart.
3- Once the order is confirmed, the customer must identify themselves (if they do not have an account, they must create one, which takes only a few minutes).
4- The customer's cart is displayed. If the customer already had an awaiting cart, the previously selected items are displayed (a red message informs the customer that the previously selected items are automatically added to their cart). The customer then confirms their order and has the option to remove unwanted products by clicking the small trash can icon that appears on the left.
5- Once the order is confirmed, the customer selects their payment method. Payment is made via Credit Card and PayPal.
6- The customer must then declare that they have read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
7- Finally, the customer must verify the delivery address and modify it if necessary, ATTENTION, deliveries are made only to France and certain European countries.
Unless otherwise indicated by the customer, the billing address will automatically be the same as the delivery address.
8- The customer can then specify if it is a gift and send a note to the recipient.
9- Payment is made through the secure PayPal system. The customer is redirected to the PayPal secure payment page, where they can pay online. Payment is made by credit card only, and the customer must enter their bank details (credit card number, expiration date, and the three numbers on the back of the card). If the payment is accepted, the customer will be redirected to a confirmation page on the Site. The request for card authorization is made when confirming the order on the site, except in case of server unavailability.
10- The customer confirms their payment, and they will receive an order summary with their delivery and billing addresses. They can then generate their invoice by clicking on the "invoice" tab.
11- The customer receives a confirmation email summarizing their order.
The validation of the order by the customer and the order confirmation sent by email to the customer constitute the conclusion of a sales contract between the Parties and acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code, the order forms and invoices will be archived on a reliable and durable medium, constituting a faithful copy. The computerized records of Maison Guillemette will be considered by the parties as proof of the contractual relations that took place between the parties.
Maison Guillemette reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a previous dispute or any risk involved.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY AND GEOGRAPHIC AREA
Deliveries are made to France and certain European Union countries.
Orders are shipped within three to six business days (for an order placed on a Monday, it will be received by the latest the following Wednesday), except for public holidays, starting the day after the order payment.
Deliveries are made to the address specified on the order form.
In case of exceeding the delivery deadline, not justified by force majeure, the customer may request the resolution of the sale and receive a refund of the amounts paid within a maximum of thirty days.
Maison Guillemette reserves the right to refuse delivery or honor an order from a customer with whom there is a previous or ongoing payment dispute (such as an unpaid order).
The transfer of risk of loss and damage to the products will take place after delivery and receipt of the products by the customer.
ARTICLE 6 – COMPLAINTS & RETURNS
6-1 COMPLAINTS
The customer must verify the compliance of the products received in execution of their order at the time of delivery. Any anomaly regarding delivery such as:
- missing products,
- deteriorated products,
- products not conforming to the order,
must be reported within fourteen calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal.
This notification should be sent to the customer service of Maison Guillemette:

After this period, no complaint will be accepted, and the products will be considered compliant.
For any return of non-compliant products, the customer should send their package to the following address:

The risks and return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and unwashed.
When non-compliance is confirmed, Maison Guillemette will offer the customer:
1/ the replacement of the product(s) at the expense of Maison Guillemette (with the reimbursement of the return costs for the non-compliant product, according to the pricing of the Colissimo delivery without signature option displayed by La Poste as of March 1 of the current year). This operation will be carried out within thirty days from the date of notification of non-compliance confirmation.
2/ the refund of the order price (product price and delivery fees) as well as the return costs for the non-compliant product (according to the pricing of the Colissimo delivery without signature option displayed by La Poste as of March 1 of the current year). This operation will be carried out within thirty days from the date of notification of non-compliance confirmation.
The customer must provide proof of the return costs incurred to Customer Service, by email to serviceclient@maisonguillemette.com.
In case of abnormal or abusive claims, Maison Guillemette may refuse to fulfill a subsequent order.
6-2 RETURNS
Non-professional individual customers benefit from a fourteen-day withdrawal period from the receipt of their order. They can return their product for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return costs. To make a return, go to your customer area, in the "Product Returns" section or by clicking here. Provide the order number, delivery postal code, or your email address.
Maison Guillemette will refund the order amount (product price and delivery fees) excluding return costs. Note that the return risks and costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be made by bank transfer or check and sent to the billing address.
Please send us an email in advance at serviceclient@maisonguillemette.com to inform us of your product return.
Products must be returned with the printed invoice of the order (including names, surnames, and reference) to the following address:

Note: According to the law, personalized products are excluded from the possibility of withdrawal.
After the fourteen-day calendar withdrawal period from the receipt of the order, Maison Guillemette will offer an exchange of the product or a credit valid for 6 months on the site.
ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA
The information collected during the processing of orders is strictly confidential and is marked with an asterisk (*) when required for managing the customer's order. Maison Guillemette commits to not disclose this information.
ARTICLE 8 – COOKIES
Maison Guillemette uses cookies to recognize the customer when logging into their site. A cookie is a file stored on the customer's computer's hard drive, used to indicate their visit to the site.
The customer can disable these cookies at any time by selecting the appropriate settings in their browser.
