OUR STORY
Born into a family of restaurateurs, Guillemette is passionate about her work. Maison Guillemette was born in her studio, in the heart of the emblematic Marais district, with a simple needle and thread. Back then, she made everything herself.
Self-taught, her love of dance and clothing, reinforced by her experience on Rue Cambon at Maison Chanel, led her to imagine her own brand.
In the early days, the brand offered only jewelry and accessories. It was mainly brides-to-be, in search of flower crowns and hair ornaments, who enabled the first orders to grow.
In 2018, Maison Guillemette was the designer invited by Maison Guerlain to celebrate the release of its exceptional perfume Le Muguet.
Inspired by its Porquerolles comb and iconic Grace earrings, 3,600 mini crowns are produced to adorn the delicate bottles.
Ready-to-wear began a little by chance.
In the run-up to Christmas 2016, Guillemette designed a small black top that was both elegant and versatile, embellished with removable accessories that allowed it to be transformed to suit any mood or occasion.
Against all expectations, 50 tops were sold in 48 hours, marking the start of a new phase for the brand and for our team, which will begin to grow with it.
Our collections offer a wide choice of models produced in small batches. We then identify your favorites, which enable us to launch restocking and to produce as efficiently as possible.
Since August 2020, we have begun to integrate our production with the aim of favoring short circuits. We now have our own tailoring workshop in Montreuil where 30% of our ready-to-wear is made.
Every year, our eagerly awaited Collection Blanche is dedicated to brides-to-be, but also to all lovers of lace, tweeds, cream shades or simply lightness. This collection showcases the work of our atelier.

After receiving you for several seasons by appointment within an apartment, Maison Guillemette opens its first boutique in November 2019.
The brand has given a new lease of life to a former artist's studio hidden away at the end of a courtyard, in a warm, intimate atmosphere.
In May 2022, the brand opens its second Paris boutique. Guillemette chose a former art gallery in the heart of the Marais district. The more contemporary universe of this second address offers a delicate contrast with the collections.
